Our Process
On-Site Consultation – up to 1 Hour
We visit your space to assess your organisational needs, take measurements and understand how you’d like to use the area.
Personalised Organisation Plan – Approximately 4 hours
After the consultation, we will work on a personalised organisation plan for your space, including recommended storage solutions.
We source stylish, functional products specifically for your space and needs, with your approval. You only reimburse the retail cost, based on your budget and preferences.
The Transformation – Minimum 4 Hours
We implement custom organisation systems to bring your space to life. Everything will have a dedicated place, clearly labelled, making it easy to maintain.
wardrobe Seasonal Organisation
Say goodbye to the hassle of seasonal changeovers. Our Seasonal Organisation service helps you smoothly transition your wardrobe as the seasons shift. We’ll pack away out-of-season items, organise what you need now, and gently guide you through decluttering anything no longer useful. Everything will be clearly labelled and stored for an easy, stress-free swap next season.
There’s no need for an in-person consultation, we can create a tailored plan using photos you send us. We’ll simply bring along our favourite wardrobe organisation tools and get to work.

What types of spaces do you organise?
We organise any space that needs structure and decluttering, including:
Homes – kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, garages & storage areas
Offices & workspaces – home offices, business offices, filing systems

How long does an organisation session take?
The duration depends on the size and complexity of your inventory. Smaller projects, such as a wardrobe or pantry may take just a few hours, while larger projects like a full home reorganisation can require multiple sessions.
Our minimum booking is 4 hours, and we’ll discuss your specific needs during the initial consultation to create a tailored plan that suits you.
Do I need to buy new storage solutions?
Not necessarily! We always aim to work with what you already have first. If additional storage is needed, we will select and source the best solutions tailored to your space, style, and budget.
What if I don’t want to use any storage solutions?
Storage solutions are key to creating a system that truly lasts. Without them, it’s difficult to keep things organised long-ter and clutter often returns. Boxes, baskets, and other tools help ensure everything has a proper place and is easy to maintain.
Do I need to be there all day for my organisation session?
Not at all! You can be as involved as you like. Some clients prefer to work alongside us, while others give us access to their space and return to a beautifully organised and decluttered home.
Will you judge me for my messy home?
Absolutely not! We understand that life gets busy, and clutter happens. Our goal is to support you, not judge you. We’re here to create a stress-free, judgement-free experience that helps you achieve your goals. If needed, we’re happy to provide a confidentiality agreement upon booking for your peace of mind.
Do I have to get rid of my belongings, or can we just organise them?
Decluttering is encouraged, but it’s not absolutely necessary. While letting go of unused items can create more space and ease in your home, we understand that it’s a personal choice. If you prefer, we can simply organise what you already have.
If I want to use your Relocation & Moving Services, do I need to book the full package, or can you help with just part of the move?
We’re completely flexible! Whether you need support with the entire move or just a specific part—like packing, unpacking, or organising your new space—we’re happy to tailor our services to suit your needs.
How much do you charge for an on-site consultation?
We don’t offer on-site consultations as a standalone service. The consultation is an essential part of our organising process and is included in the Organisation Package.
The on-site visit allows us to assess your space, understand your needs, take measurements, and plan the most effective solutions. This ensures that when we begin organising, the work is efficient, tailored to you, and designed to last.
Phone consultations, however, are always free and a great way to discuss your needs and see if we’re the right fit before moving forward.

We provide services throughout Palma and Calvià. We can also travel to other areas of Mallorca, though additional travel costs may apply.
